The recruiters from Development Sector included GCMMF (Amul), Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (JEEVIKA), Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), Reliance Foundation, NABARD Financial Services Lid (NABFINS), Access Livelihoods Consulting (ALC), Gramin Vikas Trust (GVT), Development Alternatives (DA) and others.
Prominent recruiters from the Corporate Sector were Adani Wilmar Ltd, R. J. Group, Minda NexGen Tech Limited, New Delhi, National Collateral Management Services Ltd (NCMSL), Biomix Network Ltd and others.
Minda NexGen Tech Limited, Development Credit Bank (DCB), Agriwatch, Reliance Foundation, NABFINS and Digital Green were first time recruiters at KSRM placement programme.
The average salary of the batch this year was Rs. 4.3 lakhs per annum, up from Rs. 3.9 lacs last year. The highest salary was Rs. 6.9 lacs. A total number of 20 recruiters picked up the batch with number varying from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 9 students.
