Jagatsinghpur : Executive Engineer of Roads and Buildings Kumarabara Swain is in the Vigilance net. At least five special team of Vigilance has raided his office and residence at Jagatsinghpur, Paradip, Bhubaneswar and at his father in law house simoultaneously today on the alegation of disproportionate wealth in comparison to his income. During the time of raied, the vigilance team has seized buildings, Vehicles, gold and many Bank Pass Books.
