East Coast Railway Sports Association (ECoRSA) welcomed the Indian Railway Women Cricket Team today at the meeting Hall of ECoR Sadan. Shri Indra Ghosh, General Manager, East Coast Railway (ECoR) attended the welcome meeting as chief guest and offered his best wishes to the team members.
Indian Railway Women Cricket team will play in the Senior National T-20 Championship, which is going to be held at Barabati Cricket Stadium from 31st December 2011 to 6th January 2012. Shri Dilip Kumar Samantray, President, ECoRSA and FA&CAO/Con of ECoR presided over the welcome meeting, while Shri Saroj Kant Patra, General Secretary, ECoRSA offered vote of thanks. High level Railway officers and members of ECoRSA attended the meeting.
Under managership of Varsha Raphail, Coach Vinod Sharma, Captain Mitali Raj, Indian Railway Cricket Team members Samanta, Amita Sharma, Neha Tanwar, Punam Rout, Priyanka Roy, Hemlata Kala, Nitu David, Rumali Dhar, Subh Laxmi, Nushin Al Kadir, Sulakshna Naik, Rakhi Sinha and Preeti Dimri attended the welcome meeting.
