TRAIN SERVICES DISRUPTED DUE TO RAIL-ROKO AGITATION

Bhubaneswar, 21^st December 2011:

Due to rail-roko agitation at Angul since early morning, train services in Cuttack-Sambalpur Railway section have been disrupted. As a result, some of the trains have been cancelled and short terminated today. However, the Rail-roko agitation is not related to Railway Workings.

CANCELLED

58421/58422 Angul-Puri-Angul fast passenger has been cancelled from both the direction.

SHORT TERMINATED

12893 Bhubaneswar-Bolangir Inter City Express has been short terminated at Dhenkanal and returned back as 12894 Bolangir-Bhubaneswar Inter City Express from Dhenkanal to Bhubaneswar. The services of 12893/12894 Bhubaneswar-Bolangir-Bhubaneswar Inter City Express has been cancelled between Dhenkanal and Bolangir today.

58131 Rourkela-Puri fast passenger has been short terminated at Sambalpur and returned back as 58132 Puri-Rourkela fast passenger from Sambalpur to Rourkela.

58132 Puri-Rourkela fast passenger has been short terminated at Talcher and returned back as 58131 Rourkela-Puri fast passenger from Talcher to Puri.

18303 Sambalpur-Puri Inter City Express has been short terminated at Boinda and returned back to Sambalpur. 18304 Puri-Sambalpur Inter City Express has been cancelled between Puri and Sambalpur today.

18105 Rourkela-Bhubaneswar Inter City Express has been short terminated at Rairakhol and returned back to Rourkela as a passenger special. 18106 Bhubaneswar-Rourkela Inter City Express has been cancelled between Bhubaneswar and Rourkela today.

REGULATED

12744 Surat-Puri Express has been regulated at Sambalpur Division suitably to arrive at Angul after 18.00hrs to go to its destination.  

TRAINS RESCHEDULED

            Due to heavy fog and late running of trains, Purusottam Express leaving Puri today towards New Delhi and Bhubaneswar-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) Express leaving Bhubaneswar tomorrow have been rescheduled.

            12801 Puri-New Delhi Purusottam Express scheduled to leave Puri at 21.50hrs today has been rescheduled to leave Puri at 08.45hrs on 22^nd December 2011 (Thursday).

            12880 Bhubaneswar-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) Express scheduled to leave Bhubaneswar at 07.10hrs on 22^nd December 2011 (Thursday) has been rescheduled to leave Bhubaneswar at 16.15hrs tomorrow (Thursday).
