Bureau ) - On the allegation of acquisition and possession of
disproportionate assets by Sri Hara Prasad Dash, Head Master Dharambandha Upper
Primary School under Nuapada Block, Dist: Nuapada and Smt. Sabita Guru w/o Sri
Hara Prasad Dash, Asst. Teacher, Gadfula Primary School under Nuapada Block
their (1) residential house at Nilasaila Nagar in Nuapada Town (2)
parental house at College Road, Baragarh (3) Hotel at Brahmachari Mouza, Baragarh
Town were simultaneously searched on 9.07.2013 by the Officers of Vigilance,
Sambalpur Division on the strength of search warrants issued by the
Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.
During search, the following movable and immovable assets, found in
possession of Sri Hara Prasad Dash and Smt. Sabita Guru in their name and in
the name of their family members.
Movable assets like, costly household articles, one Indigo-CS car, one
Unicorn Honda motor cycle, one Passion Pro motorcycle and Gold
ornaments total worth of
8,00,299/-, deposit
in different banks and LIC to the tune of 8,00,787/- and hard cash of 60,400/-.
Immovable assets like, one double storied building at Nilasaila Nagar,
Nuapada , one Hotel at Brahmachari Mouza, Baragarh Town and one home stead plot
at Baragarh Town total worth 74,69,666 /-. .
Total movable and immovable assets detected during house search is
calculated at 91,31,152/- approximately.
